Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

This recipe makes busy mornings easier and can even be made portable by making in a mason jar with a lid. The oats “cook” and soften in the almond milk while the chia seed helps to thicken up the recipe, making it a hearty and filling breakfast.

  1. ¾ cup old fashioned oats

  2. 2 TB chia seeds

  3. 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  4. 1 ½ TB natural peanut butter

  5. 1 TB agave

  6. ½ a banana


1.Add all ingredients except banana to a bowl or jar and stir to combine. 2. Cover and place in fridge overnight. This will “cook” the oats. 3. Top with sliced banana and an additional 1 TB. of agave (if desired) 4. Eat cold or warm.
