  • What's included in Konexion?
    Konexion includes access to exclusive audio sessions with new content added weekly. These sessions are interactive and will guide you through different techniques to improve your mindset, emotions and mental health. In addition, you will have access to live webinars every other week. These webinars are exclusive to Konexion members with the unique opportunity to ask questions at the end of each session. If you can’t attend the live webinar, no problem. You will still have access to a recording of the webinar and all past webinars in your Konexion portal.
  • How much does Konexion cost?
    Konexion is a monthly subscription of $9.50 USD per month.
  • What payments do you accept?
    We accept most major credit and debit cards such as Visa, American Express Discover and Mastercard. You also have the option to pay with Paypal. If you are outside the US, paying with Paypal will be the best option as they accept more debit and credit cards. (Setting up a Paypal account is quick and easy and can be done at checkout. )
  • What’s the difference between Konexion and Medipure Mediation?
    Konexion is a monthly subscription which gives access to weekly audio sessions and 2 live webinars per month. Medipure Mediation is for individuals wanting a more in-depth and personalized approach to healing. Medipure Mediation consists of one-on sessions with a Medipure Mediator that has been trained in our approach to wellness. These sessions will help you uncover and reconcile mental and emotional blocks that have prevented you from progressing in your relationships, career, physical health, etc. Because Medipure Mediation is personalized to each individual’s circumstances we can only allow a certain number of clients at a time to ensure the quality of each client’s experience.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    No, but you can cancel at any time without penalty.
  • Can I cancel my monthly subscription?
    We will be sad to see you go, but canceling your subscription is easy. See next question for directions on how to cancel.
  • How do I cancel my subscription?
    Depending on how you paid for your subscription, you will have different steps to cancel. If you DID NOT USE PAYPAL, please use the following steps to cancel your subscription: 1. Log into your account. Click on the avatar picture on the top right. A drop-down menu will appear. Select “Configuraciones” 2. From here you will be taken to another page. Click on “Informacion de facturacion” in the top right. 3. Click on “Cancelar” 4. After you click “cancelar” You will be prompted to cancel your subscription. Click on “cancelar esta suscripción” IF YOU DID USE PAYPAL, USE THE FOLLOWING STEPS TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION: 1. Log into your account. Click on the avatar picture on the top right. A drop-down menu will appear. Select “Configuraciones” 2. From here you will be taken to another page. Click on “Informacion de facturacion” in the top right. 3. Click on Manage Subscription in Paypal. 4. You will be redirected to your Paypal account. If you are not logged into your Paypal account, you will be prompted to do so. Once in your Paypal account, do the following: 5. Click on settings near the top of the page. 6. Click "Payments" 7. Click "Manage pre-approved payments" 8. Click "Cancel or "Cancel automatic billing"
  • How can I change or update my payment information?
    1. Log into your account. Click on the avatar in the top right and select “Settings” 2. Click on “Billing Info” in the top right. 3. Click on the 3 dots to the right of your card information. Select "replace" 4. Fill out the new card information and click on the blue button “Update” to save your information.
  • How often are the webinars and how do I access them?
    Webinars are held every other week at 7pm Mountain Standard Time. The week of the webinar, there will be an announcement bar at the top of the page after you login. When you click on the announcement it will take you to another page where the webinar will be held. You will NOT need to register for anything or download additional software.
  • How will I know when the live webinars take place?
    As a Konexion member, you will receive an email reminder for the webinar as well as a reminder at the top of your Konexion portal.
  • How do I access the audio sessions?
    1. Log into your account by going to and clicking on the button “Login" 2. Fill out the indicated fields to login. 3. Click on the button that says “Begin” 4. Scroll down to the section that says “Audio Sessions”. Click on the audio you wish to listen to.
  • What if I forget my password?
    To reset your password, go to the login page. 1. Click on “Forgot Password” 2. You will be taken to another page. Fill out your email address, then click on the button that says, “Send Recovery Info”. 3. This will send an automatic email to the address you provided with a link to reset your password. Create a new password by entering it in the first box, then entering it again in the second box to confirm. Click on the blue “Submit” button and you’re all set!
