Bananas and chocolate are always delicious together. This recipe is for a tasty and nutritious. banana chocolate smoothie. The best thing about this smoothie is the raw cacao inside it.

Raw Cacao contains a huge amount of nutrients. It is a great source of Magnesium, Calcium, Sulfur, Zinc, Iron, Copper, Potassium, and Manganese, Polyphenols. It has antioxidant properties along with several Vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B9 and E). Raw cacao also contains folic acid, protein and fiber.

Ingredients (2-4 Servings):

  1. 2 Cups Almond Milk

  2. ¼ Cup Cacao Powder

  3. ¼ Cup Cacao Nibs

  4. 1 Tbsp. Maca Powder*

  5. 1 ½ Tbsp. Agave

  6. 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

  7. 3 Bananas, Frozen and Chopped

  8. 1 Pinch Himalayan Sea Salt**

  9. 2-3 Drops Peppermint Oil

*Can be found in most health stores

**Can be replaced with 6 drops of Essential Therapi

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients in the order given until smooth.
