Watermelon Cucumber Cooler

Here’s another great smoothie recipe. It contains a great mix of nutrients from watermelon, cucumber, strawberries and greens.

Important Note – Phytotherapi’s weight loss or diabetes protocols use a specific Nutritional Guide.  If you’re currently undergoing those protocols, wait until after you’re done with the program before eating this smoothie. 


  1. Full of Antioxidants

  2. Great for hydration

  3. Good source of vitamins and nutrients

Ingredients (1 – 2 servings):

  1. 4 oz of water

  2. 1 1/2 cup, watermelon (cut up)

  3. 1 lime, juiced

  4. 1 handful of spinach or kale

  5. 1/2 tsp, Stevia

  6. 1/2 of a cucumber, seeded, peeled and cut up in chunks

  7. 1 cup, frozen strawberries


Place water, watermelon, lime juice, spinach or kale, Stevia and cucumber together in a blender.  Blend for 30 seconds then serve.
