Ingredients: (Makes about 2 dozen)
¾ cup raw cacao powder
1 ½ cups raw cashews, soaked 2-4 hours
¾ cup agave
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. salt
¾ cup cacao butter, melted
1 cup mini chocolate chips
Blend all ingredients except for cacao butter and chocolate chips in a high speed blender until smooth.
Add cacao butter a bit at a time until incorporated.
Pour in a bowl and place in fridge for about 30 minutes or until firm enough to scoop and roll into balls.
Roll into balls, then roll the balls into chocolate chips. If chocolate chips seems a bit too big chop them up.
