Ingredients:
½ tbs lemon juice
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
4 oz. extra firm tofu (organic and non-GMO)
½ tsp. Garlic powder
2 tbsp. Red onion
2 packets stevia
¼ cup apple cider vinegar (raw, with live cultures)
1 tsp. Dried dill
½ tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Dried oregano
½ tsp. Parsley
1.4 tsp. Black pepper
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
