A new tasty and healthy way to start your day–this smoothie is very hydrating to the body thanks to the coconut water and cantaloupe. As for the fresh ginger, berries, and hemp seeds, they aid in the healing process, so why not give it a shot?

Ingredients

  1. 1 C Coconut Water

  2. 1 C Cantaloupe, chopped

  3. 2 tbsp. Hemp Seeds

  4. 1 tsp. fresh ginger root

  5. 1 C frozen strawberries

Directions:

Place ingredients in blender and process at high speed until smooth. Serve and enjoy.
