The notable kefir in this recipe provides this smoothie with probiotics–with the strawberries adding antioxidants. The final topper to this delicious drink is the protein given by the spinach. All of these wonderful health benefits make this smoothie the perfect snack.

Ingredients (yields 1 serving)

  1. 1 C Kefir

  2. 1 C spinach

  3. 1 C frozen strawberries

  4. 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  5. 2-3 tbsp. Agave

Directions:

Place Kefir and Spinach in blender then Process for 30 seconds. Add remaining ingredients and process for 30-40 seconds or until smooth.
