This smoothie is tart and refreshing, especially on a hot day. If you’ve never had cucumber in your smoothie, you’re in for a treat. This recipe is quick and easy to put together and gives you a full serving of vegetables. Enjoy!

Recipe Highlights:

  4. Full of vitamin C


  1. 6 oz. filtered  water

  2. ½ cup spinach

  3. ⅓ cucumber, chopped

  4. 3 packets stevia

  5. Juice of 1 whole lime

  6. 6 frozen strawberries (med/lg)


  1. Blend spinach and water first. Add remaining ingredients and blend at high speed until smooth.
