Egg White and Fruit Plate

Recipe highlights:

  1. Great source of protein

  2. Full of antioxidants

  3. Great source of fiber


  1. 3 egg whites, organic

  2. Salt and pepper to taste

  3. 1 cup mixed berries


  1. Spray a small pan with a small amount of coconut oil spray. Heat over medium heat.

  2. Add egg whites and salt and pepper to warm pan and scramble until eggs are cooked through

  3. Serve with 1 cup of mixed berries

(Do not eat any crackers with this meal as the fruit will serve as your carbohydrates)
