This smoothie is full of antioxidant rich pomegranates, which help to fight off free radicals. I n addition to antioxidants, pomegranates also have anti-viral and antiviral properties which is especially helpful during cold and flu season. This smoothie is bursting with nutrients and flavor with the help of the greens and the hemp hearts. Drink this smoothie everyday to get some added nutrients into your diet.

Ingredients (Serves 2-3)

  1. 2 cups pomegranate juice

  2. 1-1.5 cups frozen mixed berries

  3. 1 banana

  4. 2 TBS hemp seeds

  5. 1-2 packets stevia

  6. ¼ tsp. Cinnamon

  7. ½ tsp. Vanilla

  8. 2 large handfuls spinach/kale blend

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and process until smooth.
